You can always take a sneak peek at your automation statistics if you are in the automation workflow. The stats are on the right hand side bar. It starts filling out when your first email goes out.
To get access to the full statistics of a campaign, click the “View full report” button below. If you click on the email, you will also see statistics for that email with a button to see a full report.
Click to view the email report. You will be taken to the reports page where you will be able to analyze the email in great detail. You will notice that you are in the stats overview tab. Here you can check basic sent, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, spam complaints, hard bounce, soft bounce, reading environment and much more.
In the view your email tab, you can view or edit the subject, sender, plain text version and the language of the email. You can turn the click map on or off. Save the email as a PDF or even edit the content of the email.
The click map above the email allows you to analyze the percentage of clicks over the selected area. For the full view of the link activity, click the link activity tab above. Here you can export your link data and view all of your total clicks.
The Opens by Location tab gives you an interactive overview of opened emails by country. The sent emails tab gives you a full list of the subscribers that your email went to.
Now lets go into the report into the whole workflow. You can acsess the automation report by clicking view full report next to your automation campaign. This overview gives you the main stats of the whole workflow. You can edit or delete the workflow, view monthly stats or export them. At the bottom of the report you have quick access to all of the emails in the workflow. You can download, print or view the full of each email.
