About MailerLite's refund policy

We are only required to issue a refund if we terminate our service on your account without any cause and it occurs before the end of the term which you have already paid. 

There are no other circumstances in which you will be entitled to a refund from us. However, at our sole discretion, we may offer refunds in other situations as long as your account is in good standing. 

You are not entitled to a refund if:

  • Your account has been terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Use or our Anti-Spam Policy

  • You have already used your plan by sending emails to your subscribers

  • You are sending or going to send emails to subscribers without their permission

  • You want to delete your account after the plan has already started to be used

Please remember that when creating an account in MailerLite, you are agreeing to the terms above.
